At FastModel Sports, we are committed to providing the highest quality coaching tools and athletic equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FastModel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
